Welcome to my Portfolio!

About Me

I appreciate your interest in my professional journey. On this website I have included a list of completed MPH courses, Integrated Learning Experience (capstone research), Applied Practice Experience (internship), and a selection of submitted course work.

In 2005, I embarked on a meaningful career path by enlisting in the United States Air Force and serving as an Aviation Resource Manager (1C072). My experiences in the military, both international and domestic, equipped me with valuable insights and leadership skills that enriched my professional development. After transitioning to civilian life in 2015 to pursue higher education, I am enthusiastic about channeling my dedication towards making a substantial impact in the public health sector.

My journey into public health began during an undergraduate microbiology course, where I was introduced to epidemiology. This pivotal moment ignited my passion for preventative care and population health. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, complemented by a minor in Health Promotion, before advancing my studies at University of West Florida, where I completed a Master of Public Health in the Global Health Program in May 2025.

I am dedicated to improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations and actively seeking opportunities to contribute to public health initiatives.  Disease prevention and the improvement of the quality of life for individuals and communities matters. Persistent, collective action can create sustainable change and empower those who need it most.
